Airedale Patient Experience Training Programme

We designed and delivered a training programme to improve patient experiences at 61 GP practice reception areas in Airedale, Bradford and Leeds. Using the return on investment (ROI) methodology, the programme collected and analysed baseline data covering complaints and patient feedback. The specially designed training programme has been delivered to practice managers and receptionists.

Once completed, the training will gather patient data to identify any improvements in patient experiences.
